Australian Sports Physiotherapy Ivanhoe

My first experience at Australian Sports Physiotherapy Ivanhoe has been a very positive one. An injury to my knee close to Christmas could have prevented me from enjoying a beach holiday. It required the right professional treatment and I received this from Chanel. I was determined to start rehab as soon as possible and with the right advice & guidance, Chanel prescribed the appropriate exercises to strengthen muscles affected by the injury. I am so pleased that I was able to walk on the beach every morning , building up from a slower pace, and participate in our family Christmas holiday. It has taken 3 sessions of therapy and follow up with exercises at home and I feel confident about returning to my exercise routine. I can highly recommend Chanel from Australian Sports Physiotherapy, Ivanhoe.

We’ve been visiting this physio recently for my daughter's swimming-related shoulder injury, and we’ve had an excellent experience. The physio explained everything clearly — from what caused the pain to how each exercise would help her recover. The assessment was thorough, and the treatment plan was easy to follow and tailored specifically to her needs as a young swimmer. My daughter felt comfortable and supported throughout the sessions, and we’ve already noticed real improvement in her shoulder. We truly appreciate the care, patience, and professionalism. I’ve been to a few physios previously but none as knowledgeable as Kiro! Kiro has been treating me for the past few months now and he’s been great, taking the time to explain everything and what my issue is and how to overcome it, making it very easy to understand. He’s techniques, knowledge and exercises have helped me regain my strength and I can now go back to activities that were difficult for me prior. Couldn’t recommend Kiro enough!!

I saw David Georgy for physiotherapy on three occasions, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. He explained everything clearly, provided excellent treatment, and gave me the tools I needed to help myself. Highly recommended!

Fantastic advice and physio support. Highly recommend. I brought my son here for advice and a plan for a sprained ankle just 2 weeks before a national volleyball competition. David Georgy’s recovery plan was excellent. He made himself available for frequent appointments over the two week period. The plan balanced recovery and strengthening, using a combination of in-person work at the physio as well as work to do at home. My son was back game-ready after only two weeks and played in the competition which was absolutely amazing.
