I switched to State Farm about a year ago and I am very happy with their service! Every single person I have spoken with at this office has been very pleasant! Rachel was the first agent that assisted me with transferring over, she was kind and very patient. I just dealt with Patricia today to add my newly licensed teenager. Patricia was very friendly and very helpful with all my questions. She was willing to do the extra work to make sure my asked were met and all my questions were answered!
