Transfered from another agents office to her office and have had one of the best experiences with her explained what I wanted and what I needed got the qoutes and went forward with issuing the policies

Ms Anna really goes Above and Beyond for her customers , she truly cares and her customer service is above par and Ms Ale is super nice and friendly and always welcomes me with open , and the agent is always open and here

No thanks! I was a client of theirs for a short time in the past and changed because they had an office near my house but my current agent is never in the office. So I called there yesterday to be his client again, the elderly lady Ana is totally rude. I don't want to have contact with that kind of people, it's not part of my life. They would be fine working with a neighboring country that is part of their culture. Lol I don't recommend it, they are unprofessional And... horrible communication.
