Great team. Answers right away and no phone tree. Feels like you're talking to human beings. Props to both Randy and Aries who both helped me out on separate occasions. I did save money by switching as well, but I originally interacted with State Farm because I got in an accident. The other party was using them and I was really was impressed by the quality of communication.
