Brandon and Jessica were so helpful! Brandon took me on a tour of the showroom and helped me find the couch that works best with my living space. Very patient and resourceful! Jessica handled all of my financing and delivery paperwork—she was quick, efficient and super sweet! Can’t wait to get cozy when my couch is delivered!

Barbara was EXCELLENT & very informative re our furniture needs. We purchased a reclining loveseat, sofa & an adjustable bed frame & mattress set.

We had an amazing experience at Mega Furniture with our sales rep, Barbara. She was fabulous. We were greeted by her when we first arrived and she asked if she could help us find anything. After explaining we weren’t sure, but would know it when we saw it. She gave us our space while we shopped and was non pressuring. Once we found and chose our furniture, she went out of her way to make sure she understood what we wanted, had us double check the list and provided us with bonus dollars to apply to what we chose. She was very kind and very pleasant. We will definitely request her when we come back. Ask for Barbara !

Overall, great experience. No pressure and David, our salesman, was great. He was very knowledgeable and when he didn't have an an answer to a question, he went and found the answer instead of making something up. Price was reasonable for the loveseats we purchased and delivery was professional. Will consider them again with future furniture needs.
