About Us

Phil graduated from the Cal State University system with a degree in English. After graduation he became a loan officer and has since arranged thousands of loans for all levels of buyers. Phil is a state licensed loan officer for New American Funding who arranges loans in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. He has a long history of working with first, second and multiple time home buyers. He attributes his high success rate at arranging loans to his ability to listen to buyers' goals and needs. Once he has a working knowledge of the financial abilities of the buyer he can then help craft a loan program that suits the individual buyers' plans for the future while offering the most competitive pricing.
