Entered the Mortgage business in 2013 with a local mortgage broker. My very first loan was a Reverse Mortgage for purchase. After a year with the local broker, I moved to a much larger company, Banc Home Loans. While at Banc Home Loans I transitioned a full time reverse mortgage LO in their reverse mortgage div. That was a great company and would have been happy to stay with the them and continued in the reverse mortgage div but Banc was sold to Caliber Home Loans. That was not a good fit for me and we all moved to a regional lender based in Sacramento, that company was a great fit since the owners were deeply committed to the reverse mortgage products, after about a year the owners of Vitek decided to sell the company to Guild Mortgage.
