My name is Ruthchaya 'Chacha' Thitinavakun. I'm here to help my clients navigate the mortgage loan from pre-approval to keys. My approach is to guide, educate and consult my clients to get the most suitable mortgage loan for their needs and profiles, not necessarily what they originally wanted or options they were aware of. I work diligently to find and compare different loan options and programs for the clients and explain why this works for them in the long term.
