Tammy Hill - State Farm Insurance Agent

This office is just plain terrible at communication. The only time they made a legitimate effort was after I switched agents. We switched agents last week and this office only now started calling us nonstop to "review our policy." Avoid this office. This is the worst agent (and insurance office staff) I've ever encountered. I wrote a review previously that outlined the incompetence of this office. Then they finally responded due to the negative review. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, deleted the review, and dealt with them for a couple more years. In the end, I can say that they leeched from me for years without providing a service. I didn't switch insurance companies yet, but wow! I'm sure glad that I switched agents. Right now I actually am saving hundreds of dollars (nearly 1k) per year just by changing to a competent SF office. Stop calling. Too little, too late.

I've been with Tammy Hill's agency since 2011 and have nothing be great things to say about everyone there! I just worked with Summerly on getting new auto insurance whilst at the dealorship, and she was SO fast and efficient with sending me my newest policies so I could drive my car off the lot that afternoon.

Tammy has been my agent for 20 years. Her staff is always responsive to my needs. Thanks to Alan Welty for assisting me with a new policy.

Tammy Hill has been my agent for years , when I reached out about life insurance needs less than 8 hours later she had her agent Alan Welty, call me and he exceeded my expectations by providing the same quality service as Tammy! I’m beyond amazed by the service I received today!

I have been with Tammy Hill for nearly a decade with very little if any incidents. I’ve had my home, rentals and car insured. I have been trying for 2 months to get a travel trailer insured and was declined. They didn’t call me to let me know. They simply refunded the payment and an email stating it was rejected. I provided the sellers paperwork, the prior insured information (also through State Farm but different agent) as well as the VIN, the sellers registration information, photos of the trailer and information online about the trailer. I provided the model number and they stated that it wasn’t enough information. I am now having the sellers State Farm agent call Tammy Hills Office (I don’t think I’ve ever spoken with her) to discuss the issue. This has impacted my ability to use the trailer, cancel trips etc. After I provided additional information they simply didn’t respond. The poor service after all these years of being loyal and problem free is extremely frustrating and not deserved.
