Every person at The Roofing Store I dealt with was GREAT! We had a complicated insurance case due to hail damage and everyone worked diligently on our behalf to get it resolved and our new roof in place! Many thanks to Mike Driscoll, Beth, the roofers, and everyone at TRS!

I originally visited The Roofing Store at 496 Norwich Rd in person to inquire about a very specific roofing need for my mobile home. I have a metal roof with flutes that required EPS flute fillers and wood sheets to create a level surface for a rubber membrane overlay. It’s not a typical job, and one that many other companies weren’t willing to approach the way I envisioned. From the start, Beth at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. While I was speaking with her, Mike happened to come in, and we struck up a conversation. His proposed plan matched exactly what I had in mind including the flute filler system which gave me confidence that they understood the structural nuances of mobile homes and weight concerns as my trailer is a 1963. Mike was very knowledgeable about the industry and put my concerns at ease. Their quote was reasonable compared to others, and aligned with the research I had done. I have a small mobile home 10’x57’ just about 600 sq ft and the project came just under $12,000 while other companies were quoting around $17,000 for the same roof. Dave later came out to walk me through the paperwork and explain the process in detail. He was personable, thorough, and easy to talk to. The crew completed the roof in about three days, and the finished product looks fantastic. After the initial install, I did have an issue with a vent pipe leak in my kitchen specifically the plumbing vent that runs through the cabinet. Water was leaking inside, quite a bit at first. I contacted Ben, who came out and reworked the vent area, which resolved most of the issue. However, I still noticed minor dripping along the pipe. Dave returned and applied additional material to seal it, and I’m currently monitoring to see if that fully resolves the leak. Overall, I’m very pleased with the roof itself and the team’s willingness to tackle a non standard job with care and expertise. I’ll update this review once I confirm the vent pipe issue is fully resolved, but so far, I’m impressed with their work and professionalism.

They were fantastic. Expert window installation and roof repairs. Erik and Mark were the best men to do the work on my home. Would recommend this business for any work needed. Great workers !!! I'll actually miss seeing them everyday !!

The Roofing Store team of Eric, Dennis and Marc did a great job. Professional, friendly and excellent work. They fixed rotted trim around the house that bats and squirrels were using as an entry point...problem solved. Also rebuilt our garage including new roof, frame work and cedar shingles. On time and on budget at a very fair price.

The pricing was very reasonable, employees showed up about 15 minutes early and did an excellent job. They were very professional and did an excellent job in cleaning up afterward. I would recommend The Roofing Store LLC to anyone who needs a new roof?
