My experience with State Farm and Justin was absolutely awesome. Justin answered all my questions with no delays and didn't make me feel like I didn't know anything. He beat the price of my old insurance by 70 dollars a month. As tight as money has been lately you can imagine how happy I was about that. When talking to most licensed insurance people you don't usually find many that are friendly. Justin was like having a conversation with someone I've known all my life. I actually bought new insurance and had fun at the same time. I hope I'm with State Farm for a long time. If I keep getting good prices and insurance I am happy with I see no reason to leave. I spoke with Brad many months ago regarding a quote on car insurance. It was more than I could pay. He said he would check in with me if the rates went down. I was pleased and surprised when he called me with a 70 dollar savings. He told me he would be out of the office on the day that I would be ready to move forward and he would have his coworker Justin call me at 3pm. I contacted the office first and spoke with Austin. My quote was ready and I was able to get multi coverage for the same price of the original quote. As I was talking to Austin, Justin was calling on the other line at 3pm as promised. Listen, if that isn't teamwork and a collaborative effort...I don't know what is. If this is any indication of how I will be treated in the event of a emergency, my bet is on this team.
