Very helpful with a feel of down home customer service. Very patient and willing to help in anyway they can! Highly recommend! Although if I had saw the pictures of the Bulldog and the office staff in Red and Black I would’ve had second thoughts! Go Gators! lol!

The receptionist is the best, the one that always answers the phone providing 5 STAR customer service. She is exceptional at listening, providing very accurate information and following up doing what she said she would do. She knows who she is, and I hope she's rewarded for the exceptional customer service experience she provides. I couldn't regularly get in touch with the State Farm claims department following my accident but she did and relayed the information to me. Forever grateful to this very important dedication employee that went over and beyond to assist me and calmed my nerves. THANKS again Mr. Lane.

I really love the friendliness I have been met with. What really stands out for me is that they are constantly reaching out to make sure that you are comfortable and understand your policy. They don't just take your money and they're never heard from again. Also, I love that I am dealing with the SAME individuals and not a different person every time.
