Quinn was articulate, professional, patient with me asking questions, knowledgeable and called when he said he would. Followed up with me regarding my insurance situation! Adam took time to follow up with a call. Ramona was polite and expertise in answering questions. !!

I dealt with Sarah. Sarah is a godsend for potential customers trying to decide on what to do about home/auto insurance. Only because I couldn’t bundle my insurance because of a recent claim (that of course ,wasn’t approved by my homeowner policy did I not make the change. Sarah worked for weeks trying to find me better rates on home and auto. She called me back when she said she would and was always professional and considerate of my time. I wish I had encountered Sarah when I was looking to insure my home and autos. There is no doubt in my mind that she would have had my business! I will be referring family and friends to Sarah when asked for an insurance recommendation. And God willing, and the creek don’t rise I will be calling her in 2026 to try and do business with Sarah! I just cancelled my Hartford workman’s comp policy for my family photography studio (jookie, a portrait boutique, inc) to switch to Adam. But maybe not why you’d think. I already had a couple of other policies with Adam when I got a WC quote JUST last week from him, but from a simple cost standpoint, I was going to stick with Hartford bc they were lower priced. Less expense, time saved, seemed like an easy decision, right? THEN… for the first time ever, I attended one of the concerts in the summer series at Horner Park last Friday, and it was REALLY GREAT. So much time and care put into the setup and the experience. Leafing through their nicely printed program, I saw Adam’s friendly face pop up. And it reminded me that community is a core value of my business, too, as well as supporting other local businesses. I knew right then that I would switch to Adam after all. I just hadn’t seen it from that perspective. After being served by another State Farm Agent for over a decade before she retired, Adam has truly been that caring “good neighbor” who makes in person visits and truly gives personal service with every policy. If you have some policies up for renewal and you believe in community and shopping locally, too, consider giving Adam a call.

Ramona is the Best!! She's well informed about the services offered and you can ask her anything and she's going to answer your question not just to answer but to make sure that you understand. I recommend Statefarm because of how Ramona does her job!! We need more people like her working.
