Working with JR has been great. He is quick to reply to emails and is very helpful answering any questions I ask him.

I have been a customer of JR's just shy of 10 years and I have always received excellent service and support. He helped us through a serious car accident that nearly caused a relatively new car to be totaled. Most recently, he was extremely helpful and insightful in helping my wife and I set up homeowner's insurance on a very short time line (seller was eager to close quickly). JR and his staff has shown unmatched care and thoroughness all through the time I've been with him. I can't recommend him enough.

JR and his team are great. JR spent over an hour on the phone with me answering questions and making sure I was only paying for the insurance policy that fit my specific situation.
