This was probably the best experience I’ve had going through this process. Alex responded quickly with initial quotes and continued to be very responsive to my questions and a few minor tweaks to my coverage needs. Once I gave the approval to proceed, everything was set up in about an hour. Overall, an excellent experience.

Never an issue never claim, Alex looked me up, and totally opened up with me with a degree of empathy and understanding they don't recall experiencing with another carrier. State farm cedar lake cut my premium in half, offering the exact same coverage that I had. Literally, the cost of my coverage went from over two hundred dollars to just over one hundred. His follow-up to my questions. Prior to my meeting down at your office we're spot on, end within minutes .. He told me what my new premium would be and putting it mildly I was flabbergasted. Alex was more than flexible willing to wait until I was ready 0 pressure, only accommodating to my needs and schedule. When I came down to your office, I live here in town so i'm not far, anyway, when I came down to your office, everybody knew I was coming and there was no wait, went into his office. And within minutes I had new identical coverage at half the cost .. I am founder of a nonprofit, and because of my experience with State Farm and Alex, i have more to use for my mission ..
