After several attempts to pay my (multiple insurance policies account) over the phone via automated service (to ensure payment received on time) I was unsuccessful due to malfunction on State Farm’s end. As instructed each time I entered my husband’s DOB it was not recognized. No way I could get through. I was then transferred to foreign (twice) individuals who stated they were in Guatemala. Besides the language barrier there is no way I would give my bank information to someone in a foreign country. My husband and I have been with State Farm since we bought our first home in 1984 and have never had insurance with anyone else. I believe State Farm owes it’s customers better than that. However we are so thankful for our agent Jeremiah Wilson (Bossier City,La) and his office. They care enough to serve us in every way they can and we are very grateful for them. They are professional and treat their customers with care and respect. And if it weren’t for them we would probably be shopping around for other insurance companies.

Mr Wilson and his staff are awesome! Had some issues and Mr. Wilson came to my house on a Saturday morning. He is so attentive to his customers needs. Thank you for always being here to help
