I was wonderfully surprised that the auto insurance rate Ebony found for me at State Farm was notably cheaper than what I had been paying for years. I switched my auto insurance to State Farm today . I also purchased renters insurance . Ebony was 100% personable, professional, and patient with me. She answered all of my questions and repeated information when I would pose the same question more than one time. She gave me her undivided attention . I appreciate her very much.

Ray was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with when transitioning my insurance to a new vehicle. He answered all my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond when informing me on important policy opportunities that were available through State Farm. My experience with State Farm has been great so far. I signed up in August with Eboni who thoroughly went through and explained my policy options, and she has also been the person who has been answering my questions moving forward. I want to thank Eboni for her continued assistance and great customer service. This is a great team all around.

The agent Jefferey he was very timely in his responses and patient with me on the phone as I was navigating "technology". I gave it 4 stars because the quote I originally received was 97.63 via email and the first quote given was around $200. This quote did seem to have some nice benefits but I was trying to lower my cost and not raise it. In the end I did get a lower rate and some extra benefits. Jefferey also helped in facilitating the call to cancel my previous insurance, which was appreciated.

Eboni is fantastic at insurance! Our prior company was increasing costs and eliminating coverage so we wanted to change to something with better cost and coverages. Being on a set income this was important! Eboni consulted with us and after getting to know us and our situation - came up with a plan and policy that far out did our last policy!! We got coverage at a reasonable cost! Eboni knows insurance and we would recommend her services to those who want knowledge and a good product!
