Mike Garner - State Farm Insurance Agent

I reached out to this agency for an auto insurance quote two years ago, as I was purchasing a new vehicle. They responded quickly and offered a reasonable rate, and while I ended up going with another company, at the time I would have described my experience as positive. However, they simply will not stop pestering me about it. "Hiiiiii! Just checking in! Are you happy with that auto insurance quote we gave you?" "Hey good buddy good pal, have you given any more thought to that quote? You still need insurance, right?" "Heyyyyy, remember that quote you asked for literally years ago? Those were some fun memories, huh? Wanna have a chat about it, maybe catch up on old times?" No. No, I don't. I did a quick count, and to date I've received at least 16 voicemails and 18 emails--from at least four different agents--about this single quote. I feel like a reasonable person would have taken the hint by now. Maybe I should have been clearer up front: I just wanted a quick auto insurance quote, not a lifelong co-dependent relationship. UPDATE: Months have passed since this agency responded to my initial review, promising to remove me from their contact list. Today they contacted me YET. AGAIN. regarding my years-old insurance quote. Mike & Co., you lied to my face, and liars get to keep their 1-star reviews.

Mikenna, Jordan, Jack, and others have provided excellent and friendly service. I called into after hours months ago to add an endorsement. Six months later I had a claim involving that endorsement that was never added by State Farm after hours. Jordan requested that the recorded call be reviewed which resulted in my claim being covered. I greatly appreciate all of your efforts!
