Not a good neighbor they will use unethical and retaliatory practices and policies if you disagree with them original offer I was not happy with I then filed and internal complaint and out of retaliation they significantly lowered the offer. Melissa East and her team out of Atlanta Georgia was assigned to my claim they will use these tactics on you as well the saving sound great however when it comes to the claims process they are no good

I have been with State Farm for many years. Anita Murray has always been very kind, answers all questions, and tries to help the best she can. She also calls back timely when you leave your name and number for her to call. Today i was talking to an agent there named Leah over the phone. Leah took so much time with me, helped me figure out which way to go on all our 5 cars on our policy. She was extremely nice and very professional and never rushed our conversation. I would highly recommend this office for home or car insurance needs.
