They have constantly worked with me on making payments. I had the misfortune of falling behind and they worked with me to caught it up and still keep my coverage open as I paid. They have a polite staff, who’s always in person or on phone has happily help to explain the details of my coverage. They really try to get you the coverage you want and at great rate. Thank you!!

On the phone we got to get called liars, we had a jerky attitude thrown at us, treated like we were stupid, etc. grow up. I’m not paying for a vehicle that I no longer own and removed. Don’t lie and say it’ll be adjusted and then call us a liar when we expected that statement to be true. If we weren’t told that then we wouldn’t have called. Pissed. Fix your attitude and apologize for being condescending and rude.
