Colten is an amazing agent with integrity and sincerity. Colten and his team provide excellent customer service and they always take the time to answer all my questions.

On the phone we got to get called liars, we had a jerky attitude thrown at us, treated like we were stupid, etc. grow up. I’m not paying for a vehicle that I no longer own and removed. Don’t lie and say it’ll be adjusted and then call us a liar when we expected that statement to be true. If we weren’t told that then we wouldn’t have called. Pissed. Fix your attitude and apologize for being condescending and rude.

I am 100% giving this State Farm location five stars because they were the best at getting the insurance after I had been without for a few months, I shopped around at other places and their prices were ridiculous using my insurance lap as an excuse. Haley helped me out and called me to make sure I was comfortable with my insurance policy and guided me every step of the way. It’s hard to find good insurance agents nowadays that aren’t trying to upsell you everything. Thank you again for all your help and guidance!

I spoke with Haley a few days ago and she helped me get a different vehicle set to be insured. The convenience of not being physically there is great! Although I do have a lot of questions. Even when I have called or stopped in to the office the gentleman has always been very kind. I have been a customer with State Farm my whole driving life and I don't see that changing. Through a couple of changes in operators, every group of people have been very helpful and kind.

I would recommend State Farm to everyone if I could! I’ve worked with each staff member at this branch and they are all excellent. Everyone is very friendly, the service is speedy and they always make sure you’re 100% satisfied before making a commitment. You can leave with more than just vehicle insurance and that’s what makes State Farm so convenient. If you like personable people and having your needs met, look no further!
