My name is LaMonica McDuffie. I am a native of Durham, North Carolina. I have a Degree in Business Management from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. I am the eldest of 2 sisters and the dog mother of 2 adorable dogs, Chase, and Harley. Growing up my mother and I always had a love of touring new construction homes in our area. For years I thought my dream job would be helping other people enjoy every aspect of building or owning a home of their own.
