Tracie Denney may be newer to the mortgage industry, but her passion for helping homebuyers and her strong knowledge of loan programs set her apart. A Farmington native, she's excited to guide clients through homeownership locally, and in 48 states through Waterstone Mortgage. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, camping, razor riding, gardening, and visiting Arizona for warm weather and friends. She also loves home decorating, a perfect match for her career!
