About Us
Jim Dugan is a Licensed Loan Originator at Homestead Funding Corp and brings with him more than two decades of mortgage experience. Originally from Clifton Park, Jim went to the University of Buffalo and studied engineering and mathematics. He was drawn to Homestead because of their focus on finding ways to say YES to as many borrowers as possible.Jim is passionate about helping his borrowers achieve their homeownership goals and helping them secure financing along the way. He ensures his borrowers feel educated and supported throughout their financing journeys.Outside of work, Jim spends most of his free time with close friends and family, especially his nieces and nephews.
