This office can’t figure out how billing works. Started charging a bank account to a different person for months. Once it was figured out, and for months after they still can’t get auto billing figured. This guy is clueless. The previous agent that he bought his book from was great. Patrick and his associates are a joke His response is also a joke. Protections??? That’s why someone not associated with my account was charged for months. New payments were confirmed. Switched to a new State Farm Rep and started saving $70/mo.

Patrick has been my agent for a couple years now for car insurance primarily. I have found him to be accessible and easy to communicate with both via phone and email. He has also been helpful about other services for family locally and in other states. He is licensed in several other states which for me is a plus. I highly recommend him and his staff for your insurance needs.
