I’ve been with State Farm for over 10 years and never had an issue — until I moved states and switched to Robbie Anderson’s office about a year and a half ago. It has been an absolute nightmare ever since. The agents are rude, unhelpful, and regularly give conflicting or flat-out false information. They’ve repeatedly messed up my policies, dropping important features like roadside assistance and rental car coverage without my knowledge. One person in the office will tell me I have coverage, and the next will say I don’t — it’s impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. The last straw was when they set up my autopay—something I’ve had for over ten years without a single issue—and somehow managed to do it wrong. Because of their mistake, I went months without insurance and had no idea until someone from their office contacted me TWO MONTHS later. Absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this office at all costs. Don’t trust what they tell you — double-check everything, or better yet, find a different agent.
