Andrea has been helping me with my personal and business insurance needs for many years. Her knowledge has been very much appreciated, making me feel confident that I was getting the best insurance coverage for my money and peace of mind.

I was requesting a quote for home owners insurance. I was fortunate to work with Hollee at the Julia Chew agency. Hollee is wonderful! She was very patient as I asked numerous questions, she was always professional and responsive each time I reached out to her. I would highly recommend Hollee and this agency.

Their team is always great to work with! Hollee, specifically, is a true gem! We bought a new car on Friday and she had our old car off our policy and our new one on it before we even left the dealership! It gives such peace of mind knowing they have your back and they work quick! Plus, they are always so warm and welcoming in person or on the phone. Would highly recommend for any insurance needs!!

Be very careful with this agent. I had major issues with billing and refunds after canceling my car insurance policy. They refunded me only $5 even though I paid $167 just 10 days before cancellation, and their explanation made no sense. The billing process was unclear and unfair. If you’re someone for whom your money really matters, stay away from this agency — they are not transparent or careful with customer payments.

Terrible! They left me with out insurance and made me pay it afterwards when my father passed away! They were super rude and lied to get me to sign up. I didn’t want a device in my car to get a discount & the agent lied to me about it. When I told her I was not okay with that, she cancelled my insurance without telling me. That’s how it happened. I was so upset, I was driving long distances to work. The agent never told the truth & had to call me to say I needed to pay for insurance for several months, even if I did not have insurance covering me. The owner will not hear me out at all. It was so messed up to be treated like I did something wrong when I tried to talk with the owner about the agents lies. I would never trust them!!!!
