Julia Chew - State Farm Insurance Agent

My mom has been with the office for many years and referred me when i moved from Texas. I have now been with julia's office for 3 years, my adult kids too. They are always quick to respond. Like today i needed an updated dec page & Crystal Holtmyer had it to me within minute! I love their friendliness, responsiveness and patience when I have questions.

We have been with Julia Chew at State Farm for over a decade now. Their customer service is above and beyond. They are quick to provide me with answers and guidance as needed for our insurances. They even are so thoughtful to recognize us on our birthdays! I would definitely recommend them.

So far my experience here has been amazing service. With me moving out my first time they helped me out through getting my renters insurance and also since I have reached the age of getting my own insurance for a car that has also been smooth sail process. I got help from Crysta and she was amazing.

Our policies were transferred here after my previous agent retired and I have received such friendly and helpful service here. I was sad because I really loved my old agent but Julia Chew's agency has been just as wonderful. Shout out to Crysta for helping me quickly and efficiently every time I need something.
