Thanks for taking the time to visit my personal page. I'm a Mortgage Advisor servicing clients in AK, AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, OR, TX, and WA. Born and raised in California then later moved to Seattle; settled in Oregon and living in Happy Valley. I have become very aware of the needs of the Pacific Northwest Housing and Mortgage Industry. Receiving my Real Estate degree in 1987, I pursued a direction in home financing becoming fluent in all Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Government programs such as FHA, VA, and 203k's. I thrive in helping people find their perfect mortgage product by reviewing each portfolio and puzzling together the right loan for each situation.
