Mark, Linda and the team are always knowledgeable, super-responsive and tuned-in to whatever questions or concerns I've brought them and have helped create a better outcome than I thought might be possible. When we called Linda today with what we thought was a complex question, she walked us through the answer and helped us find the right solution for us. From start to finish, Mark and team were amazing. About a month ago, I decided to shop around for rates (umbrella coverage, including auto, home, etc.). I put out inquiries to 5 different companies. Mark was the first to respond (2 other companies didn't even bother). Mark gave me better coverage at only a slightly higher premium than I was paying, in addition to being insured by a more reputable company.
