This is possibly the best insurance company I have ever had. They’ve given me the best coverage at the best price out of anyone I’ve ever used They’ve always been really great on the phone and eager to help. Kristen is so great to work with, Tex as well! They are responsive, very kind, and they send you birthday cards.

John and his staff are great from the start to the end. They are quick to get quotes. They help with transferring from one car to another when you trade. They answer the phone quickly, answer questions or get back to you quickly, and respond through email efficiently. They have been real helpful when there is a claim. The overall experience had been great.

I’m so happy with the service I’ve received from John, Tez, and Edwin. They’re always there when I need help and take the time to explain everything clearly whenever I have questions. Their support makes me feel comfortable and confident, and even though I’ve thought about switching companies because of the price, I always stay because of how well they treat me. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wasn’t fully satisfied with how the hurricane claim was handled — I wish (3rd party), there had been more honesty in that process. Still, overall I’m very thankful for their excellent customer service and the peace of mind they give me.
