John was able to make time and come assess our problem within a few hours. His communication was great as to his arrival time. He provided a quick assessment and was able to promptly address the issue. He provided a detailed explanation of the issue and the options to resolve. No sales pressure which is a huge plus. Provided a reasonable estimate of the long term solution. He was very friendly and respectful while in our house. Will definitely work with Atlas and John in the future!

Ross was very professional and got me scheduled quickly. Communication was clear about when to expect a technician. Stephen showed up on time. He listened, checked our system and then thoroughly explained what was going on and what needed to be fixed. He was courteous, professional, and quickly got our heat working. I was so impressed that they left my house cleaner than they found it. They even went above and beyond by identifying and fixing a non-functioning compressor on a secondary AC unit at no extra charge – what amazing service! While their quote wasn't the absolute lowest, their pricing was extremely competitive, and they were completely transparent about their costs, beating out most big HVAC companies. Atlas Heating & Cooling will definitely be my go-to for bi-annual maintenance and any future repairs. I highly recommend this local gem!

Atlas was great to work with. I especially liked that Ross outlined multiple options for us to choose a solution that most fit our needs. Steven and John were awesome with the install. They took great care to be clean, prompt, and did excellent work. Communication was always timely and pro-active. They even added extra landscape rocks to ensure everything looked just right before they left. Good price, great equipment and highly recommend!
