I did lots of research before switching from Farmers to State Farm! I was with Farmers for 35 years! They kept raising my rates and wouldn't lower them at all. But, Ryan at Timothy @ State went above and beyond on my auto and got me a HUGE $2800 annual savings! Plus they're super nice and helpful - and very important to note that it was VERY easy to switch to them! As you can see I was super loyal to Farmers - and didn't want to change - but the new State Farm guys just crushed their competition - and did it with a smile and NO PRESSURE... just good ole perfect CUSTOMER SERVICE - which is super rare these days!!

We switched from USAA to State Farm with Ryan and Hannah, and have never looked back. They provide incredible customer service and knowledge--we have 4 kids and multiple vehicles and I can't count the number of times my husband and I have had to switch things around, and they always cheerfully serve us and give us great advice. It's obvious they don't try to upsell or over insure. On top of that, they are just wonderful people and community members. In this day and age, the quality they bring (and the fact that they are just a phone call away!) is priceless.

I came across Ryan Lloyd when searching through Google reviews for a State Farm agent to work with while searching for the best rates for my newly licensed 16 year old daughter. After reading the glowing reviews I decided to give him a call. Those reviews were spot on. Ryan is very professional, thorough and you can tell he is very experienced and an expert in the field of insurance. I like how this is a small family owned business who are very personable and available for their customers.
