We just switched over to having an insurance agent and it's been such a pleasant experience. Kyle in the front office was great helping get everything set up for us and Natalie took her time to meticulously see how she could help us in many different ways including car, home, and life insurance. I would definitely recommend Natalie if you want/need help with all the intricacies of the insurance world.

I have been a State Farm customer for over 50 years in multiple cities and SF agents as we moved with my career. We were assigned Natalie Burkhaulter in May of 2022 when our previous local State Farm Agent passed away. Natalie and her very able staff initially assisted us with our transition virtually. A year later in May of 2023, I met Natalie in her office for an annual review of our policies. We have our Homeowners, Auto, Personal Articles, and Personal Liability Umbrella policies all with State Farm. Natalie has been the most proactive and empathetic SF agent we have ever had. She has 25 years of P&C insurance industry experience and is professional, knowledgeable, and client centric focused. She lets her staff do the heavy lifting, but she is definitely not just sitting back collecting her residual premiums. Rather, she is also very engaged in the dynamics of the personal details and relationship of her policy holders. Natalie's entire staff has been supportive, but I must make a call out for Rebecca Smith, Customer Relations Representative, who has 43 years of experience with State Farm, and it shows. Rebecca recognizes my number and greets me by name, and no question is too small or too large for Rebecca. She's a straight shooter and offers options for consideration when she they are possible. Fortunately, we have had perhaps 5 claims in our five decades with Sate Farm, but if we do, I have complete confidence in Rebecca and Natalie being there for us when we need them. Ha-Ha, I think that's almost the State Farm jingle... In closing, after spending 45 years in consultative sales and sales leadership myself, I believe relationships still matter, as does confidence in any business' ability to solve your problems. People still buy from people they trust. You just won't find anyone better in DFW market to trust your P&C insurance needs to than Natalie Burkhalter and her team of State Farm professionals, like Rebecca, Kyle Smith and Chris Rose. Several days later, I visited the office in person to discuss commercial liability and directors & officers insurance for the non-profit I run. I have to say, StateFarm has genuinely impressed me. Their rates are competitive, their service is quick and professional, and I felt confident that I was getting great coverage without breaking the bank. My agent Evan actually listened to what I needed instead of just trying to upsell me on every possible add-on. Evan was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process painless. I was thrilled—thrilled, I tell you! But then something happened that I need to discuss, and I'm not sure StateFarm is responsible, but here we are. I was filling out my policy details, just going through the motions, when suddenly I found myself thinking about Season 8 of Game of Thrones. And not in a good way. Here I was, supposed to be focused on comprehensive coverage options, and instead I'm consumed by the rage of a thousand scorned fans. Because let's be honest—we had EIGHT SEASONS. EIGHT! We invested in these characters like they were real people in our actual lives. We named our pets after them. We screamed at our televisions at 2 AM. We created elaborate fan theories that made more sense than the actual plot. And then Daenerys went full "Mad Queen" in two episodes. TWO! After an entire series of her being the beacon of hope, the breaker of chains, the mother of dragons, she just... decided to commit mass genocide? And we were supposed to accept this character assassination because the showrunners wanted to wrap things up and move on to their Star Wars deal (which, by the way, got cancelled, so that really paid off). Don't even get me started on how they did my girl Brienne dirty, or how the most important decision in the entire series—who gets to be King of the Six Kingdoms—was made by like seven people in a room with basically no consultation. The Dragon's Bane became... well, never mind. I've said too much. Where was I? Oh yes. StateFarm. They're great. Seriously. Sign up with them. But if you need me, I'll be in my room rewatching Seasons 1-4 and pretending the rest doesn't exist. Rating: 5/5 stars (4/5 if we're counting emotional trauma related to streaming services, but that's not StateFarm's fault)
