Amanda took great care of us and our sailboat's insurance needs. As most boat owners know, the underwriting process can be a real hassle. We were required to get another survey but Amanda did a great job of communicating State Farm's requirements throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend for your sailboat insurance needs in the Kemah area!

Still not happy with communication overall. You can't argue there are definite short coming here. A company the size of State Farm communication should not be a problem and a phone call should always be followed up with an email discussing what was required. You and Trish need to do better when it comes to returning calls in a timely fashion. 2 day wait times are unsatisfactory. Yes, I went 2 full days waiting for a call back during this process. I do hope your agency can turn things around. I know I'm tired of wondering if I will get a call back when I leave a message with reception. I'm not asking for anything other than better customer service.
