Had the best insurance change over I have ever had. Finally had someone take the time to explain each and very coverage detail on BOTH of our Home and Auto policies. I actually enjoyed it… what??? Yeah I said it. Oh I forgot to mention how Bre and Lauren were so courteous and professional to work with.

Everyone I’ve interacted with has been very friendly and personable, and I truly appreciate the great customer service on that level. However, I am not pleased with the overall communication, follow-up, or follow-through from State Farm as a whole regarding my transition between states and all my polices. The lack of coordination and communication between the two agent offices has ultimately led me to move my business elsewhere. I want to be clear that this does not take away from how kind and personable the staff here has been.

Stopped by the Dan Miller State Farm Insurance office in Lewisville, TX to secure car insurance. After a quick but thorough conversation with Bre, she was able to set me up with appropriate coverage for my needs. Bre was professional and knowledgeable and comes highly recommended.

She’s been professional, personable, and got me a rate I genuinely didn’t think I would be able to get due to the part of town I live in but she went above and beyond my expectations.
