Justin is the gentleman I spoke to and have spoken to on several other occasions. I very much enjoy when he answers my calls because he is knowledgeable of the products and my situation, professional while still very personable. It truly feels like I’m talking to a friend rather than an insurance agent. He has never been pushy or tried hard to sell me something. He does present other products State Farm offers, as I’m sure he is asked to do, but not once did it seem like a hard sell approach. I believe he understood from the beginning talking with me that I do not like dealing with pushy salesmen. While he may have figured me out early, I believe Justin takes the same approach with all his clients, and it makes it easier to hear about State Farm products from someone you find yourself liking right off the bat. One last thought, all the staff in Aaron’s office have been knowledgeable and responsive without fail. They answer the phone promptly, no automated answering service with multiple options I’ve grown to loath. Aaron’s team answers the phone, often on one ring, and are always pleasant and ready to help. A credit to Aaron for sure, but to the individuals too. Justin was the resent team member I spoke with and my issue was handled immediately and exactly how I wanted it resolved.
