"WITH A BAD AGENT, STATE FARM LEAVES YOU TO DIE"!!! I’ve attempted to contact my agent daily for a week about my policy and premium costs, but received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable when managing an important service like insurance. I’m reconsidering my options until I can work with a responsive agent or team. I expect timely updates, clear guidance on coverage options, and a direct point of contact. If responsiveness doesn’t improve, I will likely switch providers.

I contacted Jaime on the weekend for questions about my daughter’s boyfriend‘s insurance. He was buying a new car and we couldn’t contact his agent and we are already waiting 30 minutes On the call center. I’m just happy to know that if I ever need help, he’s always there. Great office, great agent, great staff.

Mari was so helpful on going over my policy and also help me with the State Farm app. Great customer service.

They aren’t the cheapest; I originally only went with them (and specifically this office) because of his follow up & communication. I have needed ONE THING since having my policy and got the runaround and then silence. Not “we’re working on it,” “we have all we need,” “we need something more,” just silence including to my follow ups. Communication is great when they are getting your money, but lacking entirely the other way around- and it was less than $200! lol. Updating from 1 star to 3 since it did get taken care of (should be in the mail), but I’m not really into 3 star places. Others may be. I don’t have time to chase people to do their job or to acknowledge a paying customer. I pay 6 months at a time and I know I can cancel early and get money back but why deal with the hassle so I just won’t be renewing when it ends in a month and some change.

Jaime is an amazing business owner! He has been selfless with his time and knowledge not only for me, but my staff as well. You will not find a better person to protect your interests!
