Let me tell you something, Bethany is an absolute GEM. I decided to get a quote from SF after having a horrible experience with my last, small insurance company. (Not to be dramatic, but I cried all last week about it - they said some horrible things to me.) But reaching out for a quote was the best thing I could have done. She talked with me about my experience, validated my frustration, educated me on what each and every piece of my policy would be (both home and auto), reassured me - altogether a really easy, stress free process. I needed some quick and affordable auto insurance and I got linked up with Bethany S. Insurance is a confusing and scary landscape for me and Bethany made it clear and palatable to navigate. It was so great working with a kind and honest human! I just switched to Shaun Speechly State Farm insurance because working with Bethany was so easy and great. She was patient and kind. She didn’t push any boundaries and when I told her that I needed a couple of weeks before I could sign up, she gave me the time and waited to call me back the afternoon of the date I told her I would be available to switch. I do not do well with pushy people so I appreciate when others can respect that. She has been professional and kind while Working quickly and efficiently. She is also saving me over $30 a month which is a big deal as I am a single mom and have a child with a chronic illness.
