Moved to state farm between 5 and 7 years ago, and had auto and renters insurance through Julie Kerber's office throughout that entire time. The crew working here is very pleasant to communicate with, and are very easy to get ahold of when needing to file a claim or make changes to your policy. When I enlisted in the military, they made sure I got every available discount so I wasn't overpaying. I really appreciate the services offered by this agency and the general demeanor of the folks working here. Excellent service from Julie Kerber at State Farm! Julie made everything incredibly easy - she helped me set up a very affordable full-coverage plan for my car while it’s garaged in the US during my stay in Mexico, and all I have to do is send her a quick text to reactivate coverage when I need it. She even helped me arrange a one-day policy so my parents could move the vehicle for me while I'm away. Every request is handled quickly over text, no hassle, no phone tag. Julie’s efficiency and customer care are top-notch - anything I need is taken care of right away. Couldn’t be happier with her service.

A few months ago I transferred my home and auto insurance to Julie's agency and I couldn't be happier. For the coverage I wanted, State Farm's rates were the lowest, and the service has been exceptional. I've been working mostly with Rene and she was very professional in exploring my various coverage options and answering any questions. Most recently, Rene warned me in advance my defensive driving course had lapsed and I would need to retake it to keep the discount. My previous insurer would have never done that. I used to have State Farm years ago, and had forgotten how nice it is to have a dedicated agent. As an aside, I live in Lakewood (the one south of Tacoma) and when I originally requested an on-line quote, I was expecting one from a local agent. However, Julie's office was the one that responded so I went with them, and I'm glad I did.
